Laminate solutions for the needs of various industries
Eurocon Oy offers sandwich panel solutions tailored to your needs. We serve several different industries throughout Finland and also elsewhere, such as Northern Europe.
EUROCON sandwich panel construction options:
- Gelcoat-coated reinforced plastic laminates, with several color and fiberglass options.
- Metal surfaces: aluminum sheet and painted, coated, galvanized or stainless steel sheet.
- Wooden structures: plywood and laminated wood structures.
- Insulation: Polyurethane, XPS and EPS polystyrene, and PET
- We glue the elements with two-component polyurethane adhesive.
- The largest standard sheet size is 18,300 x 3,400 x 170 millimeters, and sheet thicknesses range from 10 to 170 millimeters. A sheet size of 20,000 x 4,000 millimeters is also available on special order.

We glue the elements with two-component polyurethane adhesive. We use polyurethane, XPS and EPS polystyrene, PVC and PET foam as insulation. Our products have built-in reinforcements made of, for example, wood, rigid foam, steel or aluminum. We can also attach tie bars and protective strips during the manufacturing process.
The largest standard sheet size is 18,300 x 3,400 x 170 millimeters, and sheet thicknesses range from 10 to 170 millimeters. A sheet size of 20,000 x 4,000 millimeters is also available on special order.
Floor structures
We manufacture self-supporting floor structures for commercial vehicles. Our flexible production enables complete customization to suit our customers' individual needs.
Typical floor structures include:
- Kerto timber beams with or without steel plates
- various aluminum beams.
Surface material options include EUROCON aluminum profile and Antislip coating, in blue or gray.
The special structures we manufacture include:
- air circulation ducts
- water pipes
- resistance cables for underfloor heating.
Roof elements
The side-curved and/or curved structure increases the rigidity and durability of the EUROCON roof element, which is why we can implement even long structures as thin and light as possible. We install reinforcements and electrical pipes pre-installed.
EUROCON ceiling elements can be equipped with various channels or support structures.
Special structures are also available, such as:
- supporting structures
- channels
- embeddings.
Wall structures
Eurocon wall structures are suitable for a wide range of specialized transport needs. Reinforcements and electrical conduits for fastening are already in place in the wall elements. There are embedded binding rails or aluminum pipes inside the walls. Intermediate level solutions are also available.
Surface material options include Gelcoat fiberglass laminates, which have good UV resistance and can be supplied with or without rowing fabric. Other surface materials we use include pre-finished laminates and steel sheets.
Special structures are also available, such as:
- Stainless steel interior surfaces
- intermediate levels
- drillable aluminum tie bar systems
- peat and wood chip elements.
End elements
Flexibility, also in end elements, is one of the strengths of our production. We are able to manufacture customized structures.
End panels made of RHS, wood and aluminum with built-in reinforcements are available, for example. Surface material options include Gelcoat-coated fiberglass laminates and sheet steel.
We offer air ducts as special structures.
